Cheesy Baked Eggs

An easy way to add a touch of refinement to your Cheesy Baked Eggs: partner it with Marmite Truffle.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 50 grams cheddar cheese block grated
  • 1 tablespoon

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 180c fan.

  • Sauté mushrooms until no liquid remains (approx 20 mins), add 1 tsp truffle marmite and stir to combine. Set to the side.

  • Spray tin.

  • Cut out bread with the lid of the Marmite jar to create 2 circles and place each cut out into the base of the muffin tin (8 spots).

  • Whisk together marmite mushrooms, shredded cheese & eggs.

  • Pour over bread in muffin tins.

  • Bake at 180 c fan for 15-20 mins. (check with a skewer)
