Marmite Truffle Burger 

BBQ'd beef burgers infused with our Marmite Truffle placed in a bun with crunchy lettuce, juicy tomatoes and a dollop of Marmite Truffle Mayonnaise.

  • 1 small onion diced
  • 500 grams extra lean beef mince
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • 3 tablespoons Marmite truffle
  • 4 tablespoons Hellmann's Lighter than Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 beef tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 cheese slices


  1. Tip the beef mince into a bowl with 1 small diced onion, 1 egg and a dollop of Marmite Truffle.

  2. Divide the mixture into four and roll mixture into balls.

  3. Squeeze down to flatten into patties about 3cm thick. Make sure all the burgers are the same thickness so that they will cook evenly.

  4. Heat up the BBQ and place patties onto the BBQ. Lightly brush with oil.

  5. Cook for 5 minutes until the meat is lightly charred.

  6. Slice the burger buns in half and place on the BBQ to toast.

  7. Add 200g mayonnaise into a bowl and 1 tablespoon of Marmite truffle.

  8. Spread the truffle mayonnaise into the bun and layer up the burger, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheese.
