Marmite & Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 1 ripe banana, sliced (frozen for a thicker texture)
- 2 tablespoons Marmite & Peanut butter (30g)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (Swedish Glace for vegan and dairy free)
- Topping: fresh berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, nuts, granola
- Mix the banana and Marmite & Peanut butter until softened and place in blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately finished with your choice of toppings.
