Marmite & Peanut Butter, Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
 

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced (frozen for a thicker texture)
  • 2 tablespoons Marmite & Peanut butter (30g)
  • 1 tablespoon 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml semi skimmed milk or milk alternative
  • 3 dates, pureed, optional

 
Method:
 

  1. Mix the banana and Marmite & Peanut butter until softened and place in blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
