Marmite & Peanut Butter, Banana Smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 1 ripe banana, sliced (frozen for a thicker texture)
- 2 tablespoons Marmite & Peanut butter (30g)
- 1 tablespoon 0% fat Greek yoghurt
- 100ml semi skimmed milk or milk alternative
- 3 dates, pureed, optional
- Mix the banana and Marmite & Peanut butter until softened and place in blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
