Marmite Mushrooms


Mushrooms – 250g (or as many as you like)
Flora Buttery – 1 tbsp
Marmite – a squeeze
Black pepper – to taste



Step One  Clean the mushrooms by wiping with a paper towel.

Step Two  Melt the butter in a frying pan and roughly chop the mushrooms into quarters.

Step Three  Chuck the mushrooms into the pan and fry them until cooked. Add a little bit of black pepper if necessary.

Step Four  Squeeze in a bit of Marmite and stir into the mushrooms over a low heat.

Step Five  Serve on toast or crumpets (or on steak for those with a taste for meat!).
