Marmite Chicken Skewers

Marmite Chicken Skewers


Marmite – 2tsps
Runny honey – 1tsp
Chicken breasts – 3 to 4
Red and green pepper – 1 of each (cut into chunks)



Step One  Make the marinade by combining the Marmite and honey

Step Two  Chop up the chicken breasts into decent chunks and add into a bowl with the mixture

Step Three  Cover well and leave in the fridge for an hour or so (the longer you leave it the better it tastes)

Step Four  When the time is up, carefully push the chunks of chicken onto skewers in-between vegetables of your choice

Step Five  Cook the skewers on a hot BBQ and cook well on both sides until the meat is thoroughly cooked. If you don’t have a BBQ you could always use a grill
