Cheesy Marmite Crumpets with Crispy Bacon
Cheesy crumpets are even more delicious with a side of Marmite-y mushrooms and crispy bacon. This is a breakfast to remember.
Super quick – You can bosh this one out for brekkie no problem.
- 2 crumpets
- Grated cheese
- 2 rashers of bacon
- Handful of mushrooms, sliced
- Spread Marmite over your crumpets and top with a little grated cheese. Pop them under the grill until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Meanwhile, fry your bacon over a medium heat, and add the sliced mushrooms to the pan with a little Marmite.
- Serve up and tuck in.
